How do I find a race partner?

Register for an event in the app, then browse partners already signed up for it — matched by pace, goal, and age group. Send a request, chat, and lock it in together once you both confirm.

I need to report or block someone

Open their profile or your chat with them and use the report/block option in the menu. Our team reviews every report.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data from Settings in the app, or by emailing hello@hypair.app. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and how long it's kept.

Something's broken — how do I report a bug?

Use the "Report a bug" option in Settings, or email hello@hypair.app with what happened and what device you're using.
